Fighter's Biography

Fight preparation?

5 days a week, plenty of running, sparring and Jits.

When and why did you start MMA?

I am a competitive person and once I discovered MMA about half way through 2009 I was hooked.

What ranks and titles have you held?

When I was about 19 I had one amateur boxing fight. After that I moved to wrestling, where I got Sedibeng colours and came second at the national championship. After that I moved to pro wrestling for six months but couldn’t handle having to Loss to guys in scripted fights.

What do you enjoy about MMA?

It’s a lot of fun and it fits with my competitive nature.

What do you consider your strengths to be?

Wrestling, fitness, stamina, boxing and Jits.

What do you do when not competing or training?

Playstation and watching movies.

MMA highlights:

I’ve had two fights against international opponents so far. At EFC 01 I fought MuhannadBarazi and won by KO in round one. He was really out of shape and unconditioned but, then again, so was I! Later in my career I fought Robert Rodrigues and beat him by TKO at the end of round 1. For some reason I felt invincible in that fight and I split his top lip straight down the middle with a hook.
